2013 Fundraising Results: DCCC Outraises NRCC by $15 Million

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) outraised the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) by $15 million in 2013 and starts the election year with an $8 million cash advantage, despite being in the minority.
