More False Attacks from the Right
We’ve seen it since President’s Obama’s first day in office—a coordinated campaign of right-wing smears and falsehoods designed to line the pockets of the Republicans’ buddies on Wall Street at the expense of the small businesses and working families on Main Street.
Just this week, Republican strategist Frank Luntz—architect of the 1994 Contract with America— published a memo advising the GOP to use scare tactics and fiction to kill important financial industry reforms. And this isn’t Luntz’s first misinformation campaign—last year he was the driving force behind some of the most vicious attacks aimed at derailing health insurance reform.
Don't let the Republican hecklers at Fox News spin President Obama's agenda. If you see Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Sean Hannity or any other right-wing pundit or Member of Congress twisting the truth, send it along so we can set them straight.
