DCCC Launches New “Have His Back” Campaign

This Juneteenth, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) announced a new campaign as part of its effort to increase outreach to the African American Community and encourage down ballot voting to support President Obama’s re-election and win the House. At HaveHisBack.com voters can pledge to have President Obama’s back, register to vote, and find important tools to spread the word in their community.
 
Congressional Republicans have a single goal: to make Barack Obama a one term president. The Republican Leader of the U.S. Senate actually said it on TV. Since Republicans took the House of Representatives, they have blocked President Obama at every turn. HaveHisBack.com will give voters the tools they need to fight back and support President Obama and House Democrats.
 
“African American voters and candidates are critical to President Obama and House Democrats’ success this November.
