DCCC “Preventable” TV Ad Exposes Congressman Joe Heck’s Extreme Record on Women’s Health
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is launching its second Independent Expenditure campaign TV ad exposing Congressman Joe Heck (NV-03) for his vote against requiring insurance companies to cover the life-saving HPV vaccine. Nevada can’t afford Congressman Heck’s extreme record on women’s health.
Script of “Preventable” (NV-03):
Regina: As a nurse, I know there are far too many women who lose their lives each year to cervical cancer.
And sadly, it’s preventable with a simple vaccine.
But our Congressman, Joe Heck, voted against requiring insurance companies to pay for the vaccine.
Joe Heck voted against saving lives. He sided with insurance companies instead.
He’s just too extreme for Nevada.
