MO-09: Poll Shows Baker with 4 Point Lead Over Luetkemeyer
DCCC Press:
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee released a Global Strategy Group poll conducted October 5-7 of 400 likely voters with a 4.9 percent margin of error showing that Judy Baker leads Blaine Luetkemeyer 40-36 percent in an initial head-to-head matchup.
"The people of
Missouri's 9th Congressional District want an independent leader like
Judy Baker who will bring
Missouri values to Washington by providing tax credits
for companies that create jobs in America, ending our reliance on foreign oil,
and making health care more affordable," said Ryan Rudominer,
Midwest Regional Press Secretary. "The very last thing Missourians want
during the current economic crisis is Blaine Leutkemeyer who strongly backs the
failed economic policies of the last eight
years."
Luetkemeyer has most recently come under fire for having his campaign announcement speech laying out his campaign platform written on tax payer time by the Lieutenant Governor's former chief of staff, who was indicted for providing pornography to minors.
