DCCC Chairman Steve Israel Statement on AZ-09 Primary

DCCC Chairman Steve Israel released the following statement on the AZ-09 primary:

“Representative Kyrsten Sinema has achieved a bipartisan record of results in Washington: working to reduce the VA backlog, grow the middle class, and place partnerships over political gamesmanship. In contrast, Wendy Rogers would hurt Arizona families with her belief that Social Security is “unconstitutional,” her support of tax cuts for large corporations at the expense of the middle class, and her plan to eliminate the Department of Education.”
