Today Congressman Joe Heck announced he will run for Senate in 2016, proving his vulnerability and putting Democrats in an even stronger position to win Nevada’s 3rd District.
“This is bad news for House Republicans and reflects how difficult Joe Heck perceived his own chances of being reelected in a presidential year,” said Tyler Law of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. “We are actively engaging candidates and will be playing to win in this swing district.”
