New DCCC Web Ad: ‘The Barbara Effect’

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee today released its first paid web ad as part of an aggressive new online campaign in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District, “The Barbara Effect.

The spot can be found at TheRealComstock.com, which highlights how Barbara Comstock’s right wing agenda on issues like women’s healthcare, same sex marriage, and gun safety is out of touch with Northern Virginia’s values.

The ad begins running online in Virginia’s 10th District starting today.

Let’s get to know Barbara Comstock.

Roe v. Wade. She wants to overturn it. She even wants to ban common forms of birth control.

Same sex marriage. She wants to ban it. She thinks gays and lesbians shouldn’t have the same rights as the rest of us.

Guns. She voted to repeal a 20-year law so that people can buy as many handguns as they want. As often as they want. She even voted to allow people to bring guns on school grounds and into bars.

Barbara Comstock. She’ll bring her radical views straight to Washington.
