DCCC Chairman Steve Israel’s Statement on Rosh Hashanah

DCCC Chairman Steve Israel released the following statement in observance of Rosh Hashanah.

“As we observe Rosh Hashanah, we reflect on the past year and welcome a new one. We are reminded of the challenges we each face and the challenges facing our nation but are joyous with the many blessings we have been given. I would like to acknowledge my Jewish colleagues and Congressmen Adam Schiff and Ted Deutch who co-chair the DCCC’s Jewish Community Outreach Council.

“May the New Year dawn with peace and security for Israel and the U.S. On behalf of the DCCC, we wish you a happy and healthy 5772. L’Shanah Tovah. May you have a good and sweet new year.”
