DCCC Statement on NRCC’S Attack on Janice Hahn
The DCCC released the following statement today in response to the National Republican Campaign Committee’s (NRCC) launching a website and text message attack that promotes the message contained in a sexist, racist video and falsely smears Councilwoman Janice Hahn, candidate in the CA-36 Special Election.
“The NRCC is promoting a false smear against Councilwoman Janice Hahn that has been labeled "false" and a “hit job” by the independent fact-check organizations Politifact and FactCheck.org,” said Gabriela Domenzain of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. “ The NRCC’s pathetic smear won’t distract voters from Craig Huey’s extreme, anti-choice, Medicare-ending agenda.”
