Does Biggert Condone Supporter’s Threats to Democratic Tracker: “I Will Run Your Ass Over?”

This week, Cap Fax revealed that a supporter with Congresswoman Judy Biggert’s campaign threatened a Democratic tracker at a parade, but Congresswoman Biggert has remained silent. Although Congresswoman Biggert relies on a tracker for her own campaign, she has not apologized or condemned the actions of her supporter who told a Democratic tracker, “Look lady, you step out in front of me, I will run your ass over.  I don’t like you to begin with.”

“After 30 years in politics, it appears Congresswoman Judy Biggert can’t tell anymore when someone crosses a line,” said Haley Morris of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. “Congresswoman Biggert has become part of the problem in Washington and her silence on the tone of her campaign speaks volumes.”
