politician Woody Jenkins pays his taxes on time?

Since 1990, Jenkins has had at least 20 tax liens
totaling more than $340,000 filed against his company for a failure to pay taxes
on time. The vast majority of the liens were prompted by Jenkins’ failure to
pay employee withholding tax, including his employees’ income tax to the federal
government.
