Representative Southerland Backs “Pathetic” Speaker 95% of Time

Representative Steve Southerland (FL-02) today called House Speaker John Boehner’s leadership “pathetic” but it turns out Southerland voted with Boehner’s Republicans on 95% of votes this Congress including one to end Medicare.

Votes with Boehner’s Republicans 95% of Time. According to the Washington Post, Southerland has voted with Boehner’s Republicans 95% of the time this Congress.
