Representative Tom Feeney (FL-24) has taken $10,000 from indicted former Republican Majority Leader Tom DeLay. Recent news reports show that the FBI investigation into DeLay’s connections to Abramoff is heating up, with a federal grand jury issuing subpoenas for payroll records and emails from DeLay’s office. Will Tom Feeney finally give up DeLay’s contributions or will this be the latest in a long line of questionable decisions by the ethically challenged Congressman?

“If Tom Feeney’s own FBI investigation into his relationship to Jack Abramoff wasn’t enough, Feeney also refuses to return $10,000 from indicted former Congressman Tom DeLay,” said Kyra Jennings, Southern Regional Press Secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. “Tom Feeney should come clean about his ties to Abramoff and should return DeLay’s money and the unethical contribution to his own legal fund.”
