Voters in Tucson and Phoenix need to know that Paul Babeu cannot be trusted. As headmaster of a school that shut down following an investigation of abuse, Babeu oversaw inhumane abuse and extreme discipline of special needs students. After lying about his knowledge of the abusive practices being used at the school he was caught touting the disturbing punishments on camera. Tom O’Halleran, a former police officer, has a concrete plan to restore Arizonans’ trust and get Congress to start doing its job.
