It’s time for Congressman Zeldin to take a stand against Scott Garrett’s hateful record and donate the $1,000 in campaign contributions he’s received from him.
“While Scott Garrett has taken his hateful record of supporting discrimination against LGBT Americans to a new low, Congressman Zeldin has been content to keep his cash,” said DCCC spokesman Jeb Fain. “It’s time for Congressman Zeldin to denounce Garrett’s views for what they are – hate, and put his money where his mouth is by ridding himself of $1,000 from a politician who is most-famous for supporting discrimination.”
