Latest poll shows LuAnn Bennett leading Barbara Comstock by 4 points
In new House rankings announced today, the Rothenberg & Gonzales Political Report moved Virginia’s 10th District race between Democrat LuAnn Bennett and incumbent Barbara Comstock to a Toss-up/ Tilt Republican. This news is the latest evidence showing the race becoming more competitive with the toxic Donald Trump leading the ticket.
This comes after the first poll in September showing LuAnn Bennet within striking distance of Barbara Comstock and Hillary Clinton winning the district by 14 points. Barbara Comstock continues to lose support among moderates and Republicans who view her late decision to disavow Donald Trump as craven act of political self-preservation.
