Montana’s At-Large (MT - At-Large)

Updated: October 22, 2020

“Maryland Matt” Rosendale is a typical politician who doesn’t understand our Montana values.

Voters need to see:

  • As Insurance Commissioner, “Maryland Matt” has taken thousands of dollars from the health insurance industry including top health insurance executives, while allowing a 23% increase in health care premiums for Montanans. And during the coronavirus pandemic, he continues to allow junk insurance plans to deny coverage for pre-existing conditions – like asthma and even coronavirus. He even pushed plans that don’t cover basic needs like prescription drugs, maternity care, or preexisting conditions. (BACK UP)

Voters need to read, hear, and see on the go:

  • In the state legislature, Rosendale repeatedly voted against veterans homes in Columbia Falls and Butte, limiting access to services for our veterans, including those who are homeless. He also voted against a program that helps vets buy homes, and he voted against education assistance for Purple Heart recipients. (BACK UP)
  • Maryland Matt moved here only because he purchased a vacation home and a luxurious multi-million-dollar ranch. In the state legislature, he pushed his pro-development agenda, hurting Montana farmers and ranchers by repeatedly voting for land use measures that would help developers like himself and hurt farmers.
