Overview

After 26 years in Washington, Congressman Chabot has changed and is now making it harder to raise a family.  A D.C. politician, he is now more focused on stripping away our rights and doing the bidding of his campaign donors than helping Southwest Ohioans.

Summary

  • Chabot has spent decades obsessed with banning all abortions.
    • Chabot has repeatedly voted for extreme abortion bans.
    • Chabot sponsored the bill that would eliminate access to birth control and ban all abortions, even in cases of rape, incest, or when the mother’s life is at risk. BACK UP

    • Chabot also voted for the Trump tax bill that gave billions of dollars in tax cuts to companies that fund his campaign and then refused to hold them accountable for price gouging as Americans recovered from the pandemic. BACK UP

Black voters need to hear on radio stations and see on websites and digital platforms that Rep. Chabot has done little to solve the problems Black families are facing:

  • In Ohio, Black women are at a much higher risk of pregnancy complications, even death.
    •  But instead of finding solutions to this health crisis, Chabot sponsored the bill that would ban all abortions, even in cases of rape or when the mother’s life is at risk.
    • Greg Landsman will fully fund women’s health care and keep the government from coming between a woman and her doctor.
