In these uncertain times Tony Gonzales’ positions would hurt Texas families, especially on health care.

Summary

Spanish-speaking voters and Spanish-speaking voters on the go need to see that:

  • Gina Ortiz Jones is a veteran who will put Texas families first; she’ll fight to lower the cost of insurance and prescription medicine and protect people with pre-existing conditions. (BACKUP)
  • But Gonzales’ plan would kick Texans off their health insurance including young mothers, those with asthma, diabetes, cancer, or even coronavirus survivors. (BACKUP)

Spanish-speaking voters need to hear that:

  • National Security Expert Gina Ortiz Jones is an Air Force and Iraq War veteran who will put Texas families first, she’ll fight to lower the cost of insurance and prescription medicine and protect people with pre-existing conditions. (BACKUP)
  • But in the middle of a pandemic and economic crisis, Gonzales’ plan would kick Texans off their health insurance including young mothers, those with asthma, diabetes, cancer or even those recovering from the coronavirus. (BACKUP)
  • Hispanic children are eight times more likely to need to go to the hospital if they contract COVID-19. (BACKUP)

Voters in the San Antonio and Odessa area and voters on the go across TX-23 need to see that:

  • Tony Gonzales’ plan would remove protections for Texans with pre-existing conditions including the 300,000 right here in South and West Texas. In the middle of a pandemic and economic crisis, Gonzales would kick Texans off their health insurance including young mothers, those with asthma, diabetes, cancer or even those recovering from the coronavirus and force more rural hospitals to close.
