- Garcia voted against a bipartisan measure to support Southern California small businesses during the pandemic induced economic crisis. There were 38 other House Republicans who joined in to support this common-sense bipartisan small business measure, Mike Garcia was not one of them.
- Garcia has repeatedly called for the full repeal of the Affordable Care Act, cuts to Medicare and that families in need who are struggling during these times to put food on the table “should fend for themselves.”
- Garcia supports the GOP Tax Scam that specifically saddled Californians with higher taxes to transfer money to red states, with Garcia saying that the tax hikes on California homeowners should become permanent.
- Mike Garcia has a 100% voting record with Trump and been serving as a prominent Trump surrogate, campaigning for the President on Trump TV.
