Anti-Insider Mood Sets Up Tough Primary for Roberson
Last night Nevada Republican voters said not just ‘no,’ but ‘hell no’ to Marco Rubio, Michael Roberson’s preferred candidate for President. This has to have Roberson worried because, like Rubio, he’s the favorite of Washington politicians and insiders and, like Rubio, he has a history of pandering to special interests and saying one thing to voters while doing another in office.
“If Rubio’s failure yesterday is any indication of how a Republican establishment politician will perform in Nevada, political insider Michael Roberson should expect a tough primary in June,” said Barb Solish of the DCCC.
