Even as Speaker John Boehner campaigns with DeMaio – despite his zero-tolerance policy for ethical problems, another one of DeMaio’s political allies – Bonnie Dumanis, the San Diego County District Attorney – is facing heat for refusing to recuse herself from the ongoing investigations.
