Local students celebrated heading back to school by delivering congressman Rodney Davis a report card to his Champaign County office. The report card graded the congressman on his latest voting record. They graded him on issues concerning veterans, medicare, jobs and transportation. They gave him F’s in all categories. Congressman Davis was not in his office to receive it.
