As congressional lawmakers try to force a vote this week on a bipartisan bill that guarantees the right to IVF, here’s a reminder that Zach Nunn has refused to sign on to this legislation and voted for a bill in the state legislature that could jeopardize Iowa women’s access to IVF.
Instead of supporting a bipartisan bill that *actually* protects IVF nationwide, Nunn is trying to mislead Iowans by signing onto a “useless” and “disingenuous” resolution that does absolutely nothing to protect fertility treatments.
As Iowans brace for the state’s near-total abortion ban – which Nunn paved the way for and wants to take nationwide – to go into effect Monday, Nunn can’t cover up his extreme anti-choice record.

“Iowa women don’t want politicians like Zach Nunn deciding if, how, and when they should start a family. He can try to cover up his anti-choice, anti-woman extremism, but Iowans know Nunn is hellbent on ripping away their reproductive freedom.”
