Stewart Mills III Desperately Tries to Look Blue Collar

Multi-millionaire Stewart Mills III must have woken up to the reality that despite his bravado, he has no shot at coming to Congress, especially not after his endorsement of Donald Trump – a fellow out-of-touch millionaire who insults war heroes and got rich off of fleecing taxpayers, just like Mills did.

In a slick campaign ad that surely cost thousands to produce, Stewart Mills desperately tries to look natural, holding up car parts while surrounded by people who likely have no idea that Mills made between $3,260,000 and $17,195,400 in income from assets in the last year alone.

Stewart Mills III probably didn’t tell any of the workers he cast in his ad that he also just made $1.2 billion off of selling his family’s business to the highest Wall Street bidderjeopardizing Minnesota jobs so he can run for Congress.

Maybe that’s why his “businessman” chops have been questioned, with local media reporting on the “$5.5 million in subsidies and tax relief” his family has received, meaning that “the Mills family gets a windfall and taxpayers get the bill.”

To add insult to injury, Mills just won’t stop taking money from the same firm that laid off more than 100 Duluth workers, all while peddling their same failed trickle-down policies that give tax breaks to millionaires and billionaires like himself and keeping “all options on the table” for Social Security, including risky privatization schemes.

Surprisingly, Stewart never gets around mentioning all of this a 60-second campaign ad. Hopefully next time we’ll get some answers. Or if not, at least show how much fun Mills likes to have while he’s selling out working families to Wall Street.
