Eyebrow-raising presidential candidate Donald Trump has been alienating voters left and right with his anti-veteran and anti-women comments, most recently being confronted with unhappy protesters outside his event in Michigan.
However, Congressman Tim Walberg not only is more than happy to jump to Trump’s defense, but also actually thinks the other presidential contenders “should learn from him.”
“It’s appalling that Tim Walberg would think there is anything to learn from Donald Trump other than how to degrade women and mock our nation’s war heroes,” said Sacha Haworth of the DCCC. “Michiganders don’t need any more evidence that Walberg’s ideological positions are extreme even for his own party, but that didn’t stop Tim Walberg from reminding everyone just how out there he is.”
