🚨 Inside Elections: Three More Republican-held Districts Move In Democrats’ Favor

As Republicans scramble to defend their failed record of raising costs, gutting health care, and making life worse for voters across the country, new projections from the non-partisan race-rater Inside Elections shift the midterm map even further in Democrats’ favor.

  • OH-07 – Max Miller: Likely R → Lean R
  • IA-02 – OPEN: Likely R → Lean R
  • IA-03 – Zach Nunn: Tilt R → Toss-up

Just this week, the DCCC expanded the battlefield even further and added 12 districts to House Democrats’ Districts in Play for the 2026 cycle, bringing the total number of districts to 58.

These latest shifts indicate that Democrats have momentum behind us to win back the House in November.

DCCC Spokesperson Liam Buckley:
“Democrats are on offense with authentic, independent minded candidates who are laser-focused on lowering costs for hardworking families. People are tired of House Republicans’ failures and broken promises, and these rating changes show that Democrats are on track to win big in November and deliver for the American people.”
