| Today, Inside Elections shifted their prediction for Nevada’s Second Congressional District in Democrats’ direction — the latest sign that Teresa Benitez-Thompson has the momentum to flip NV-02 blue.
Inside Elections writes in part that “Flippo, who made an enemy of the outgoing congressman earlier this year, has also raised the ire of some veterans’ groups after the Washington Post reported that he had misrepresented a military award…[making] this a more realistic target for Democrats.”
The ratings change comes just weeks after the Cook Political Report, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, and Fox News all moved their ratings for NV-02 away from Republicans, and as Nevadans are seeing wall–to–wall coverage of Flippo’s lies and scandals.
