- NC-03 – Murphy: Safe R → Likely R
- OH-15 – Carey: Safe R → Likely R
- VA-05 – McGuire: Likely R → Lean R
- VA-01 – Wittman: Lean R → Toss Up
The ratings changes come as Democrats widen their lead on the generic midterm ballot and pile on ratings shifts, including 33 shifts from Cook Political Report, Sabato, and Fox News just last week.
