| Yesterday, nonpartisan race rater Inside Elections shifted North Carolina’s 11th District towards Jamie Ager as voters continue to sour on Jennifer Balkcom-backed price-hikes.
Inside Elections writes in part, “Jamie Ager continues to run a strong campaign while former Gov. Roy Cooper’s Senate run gives the party a strong ticket.” Meanwhile, Balkcom “is having a tough time adjusting to the speed and spotlight of the race.”
REMINDER: Despite having been hand-picked by Republican leadership, Balkcom’s scandals are already piling up. Balkcom is under fire for accepting campaign donations from Duke Energy, then voting in their favor, as well as a painful interview where Balkcom refused to condemn sexual harasser Chuck Edwards.
