This morning, Brian joined MSNOW’s Way Too Early to discuss his new ad ‘Climb,’ his fight for lower costs and better wages, and his plan to put people over politics in Washington.

Brian Poindexter: “Number one, top of mind with people is the cost of living. It’s just out of control. People are having a hard time making it. And people understand that my opponent, Max Miller, has voted for things that have made it to this point. He supported the war in Iran five times, you know, voted for tariffs, voted for all these things that have raised the costs.

“I’m from the heart of the district, a union ironworker for 20 years, blue-collar worker in a district made up of people who work hard for a living. You know, that’s one of the things my district is known for is, you know, we have that Midwestern work ethic. We show up early, we put in a long day’s work and we just want to come home and take care of our families. And I understand that better than anybody, especially better than anybody in this race.

“Well, I think you see a lot of people jumping in to support me because my message is a message of unity. […] And that’s what my mission is to get in there and fight for workers. I want to fight for collective bargaining rights. I want to fight for, you know, better wages, quality, affordable health care, secure and dignified retirement. […] I will stand with anybody to fight for the working families in my district.”
