Juan Ciscomani clearly does not care about keeping women and girls safe.

As allegations against Rep. Max Miller continue to dominate headlines – including claims that Miller broke his toddler’s collarbone and pulled a gun on his wife – POLITICO reports that Juan Ciscomani won’t comment on the $5,000 he got from Miller.

Ciscomani has a clear track record of taking money from people accused of putting women and girls in harm’s way. Ciscomani has taken – and refused to return – more than $43,000 from alleged abusers, harassers, and predators, including:

Ciscomani has ignored multiple inquiries on whether he will return the funds from Gonzales, Edwards, or Miller. In 2025, Ciscomani faced scrutiny for voting against releasing information related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
