| New polling spells trouble for Republican Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick.
POLITICO reports that Bucks County voters have soured on Trump and Bucks’ Republicans, offering “a potential warning sign for Republicans in the 2026 midterms.”
The poll finds that 53% of likely voters in Bucks County view Trump unfavorably, compared to just 42% who view him favorably. Also troubling for Fitzpatrick is the fact that Governor Josh Shapiro is running incredibly strong with Bucks’ voters, with a net +28 favorability rating according to the new poll.
REMINDER: Fitzpatrick could have voted to block Republicans’ Big, Ugly Bill, back in May, but instead cast the deciding vote in the House to advance the legislation which gutted Medicaid in order to fund tax cuts for billionaires.

Fitzpatrick pretends to be independent-minded, but refuses to show up for his community and has fully enabled the worst parts of the Trump agenda. This poll makes it clear that Bucks County will vote for change in 2026.”
