🚨 RATINGS CHANGE: Crystal Ball Shifts OH-07 in Democrats’ Direction on 2026 Map

Nonpartisan race rater Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball just moved Ohio’s 7th District in Democrats’ direction, the latest sign that Max Miller’s days in Congress are numbered after voting against Northeast Ohioans’ interests.

Crystal Ball noted that Miller has been the subject of several negative stories due to his “ugly divorce and child custody battle” and that Miller could be vulnerable following Tuesday’s primary election.

This ratings change comes as Miller faces blowback after being named in active child abuse investigation, with his ex-wife accusing him of regularly speaking to her in an “inappropriate, aggressive and demeaning manner,” and claiming he “has conducted dangerous physical behavior in the child’s presence.”

Miller has spent his time in Washington putting his billionaire donors ahead of working families across Northeast Ohio. Miller rubber-stamped Washington Republicans’ Big, Ugly Bill to rip health care away from thousands of his own constituents and send ACA premiums soaring. He also backed Trump’s reckless tariffs and war of choice that are squeezing Northeast Ohio families at the grocery store and the gas pump.

DCCC Spokesperson Riya Vashi:
“Alarm bells are ringing for Max Miller, who will be held accountable for his record of gutting rural health care, raising prices, supporting reckless tariffs that are decimating the economy, and refusing to face his constituents. Miller is more vulnerable than ever and will lose this November.”
