| Inside Elections shifted Florida’s 14th Congressional District in Democrats’ direction, the third nonpartisan race rater to do so since the primary on August 18.
The shift comes as the latest sign that Florida Republicans’ dummymander is blowing up in their faces and Kathy Castor is well-positioned to win in November.
Inside Elections writes in part:
Castor’s years out of the partisan spotlight may be an asset now that she faces a competitive re-election in a district drawn to defeat her. The environment seems better for Democrats in Florida than any cycle since 2018.
