| Non-partisan race rater Sabato’s Crystal Ball shifted their prediction for Michigan’s 4th Congressional District in Sean McCann’s direction to “Toss Up” — the latest sign the Michiganders are ready to flip the district blue.
In part, Crystal Ball writes:
- [Bill Huizenga] finds himself in what appears to be a highly competitive contest in a Trump +5.5 southwest Michigan district against state Sen. Sean McCann (D) that is a top target (so far) of House outside spending.
- There’s enough uncertainty that we see it as a Toss-up for now.
The ratings change comes as Michigan voters sour on Bill Huizenga’s record of getting rich and looking out for himself in office while Michiganders foot the bill.
