| Two non-partisan race raters, Cook Political Report and Inside Elections, shifted their predictions for Colorado’s Fifth Congressional District to TOSS UP — the latest sign that Jessica Killin has all the momentum to flip the district blue.
Cook Political Report and Inside Elections are the latest race raters to designate CO-05 as a toss up, following Sabato’s Crystal Ball earlier this week. The ratings changes also comes as new polling shows Killin leading Crank by 2 points, despite the fact that Trump won the district by 9 points in 2024.
