With Democratic momentum surging less than two weeks out from Election Day, the non-partisan race rater Sabato’s Crystal Ball has moved 28 races in Democrats’ favor.
Since Labor Day, Cook Political, Inside Elections, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, and Fox News have made 180 rating changes in Democrats’ favor.
