| Today, Inside Elections announced that it is shifting its rating for Texas’ 15th Congressional District towards Democrats, as Bobby Pulido continues to unite South Texas and Monica De La Cruz frets over her own internal polling.
Inside Elections noted Pulido’s unique candidacy driving momentum to Democrats in South Texas.
REMINDER: Sabato’s Crystal Ball also shifted their rating for the district towards Democrats.
