| Today non-partisan race rater Sabato’s Crystal Ball updated their prediction for PA-08, and it’s not looking good for stock-trading Congressman Rob Bresnahan.
The shift to Toss Up reflects two recent polls that show Paige Cognetti leading Bresnahan as Pennsylvania voters continue to hear about his stock trading and corruption.
