 Edwards’ and Murphy’s cruelty comes as hardworking Americans are already struggling with the cost of everyday goods rising. One North Carolina health insurance worker even noted “We had, some folks are saying, ‘Well, I’m going to see what happens with the subsidies. If they’re not extended, I don’t know if I can pay this premium every month.”
Thanks to Edwards and Murphy, North Carolina families are now forced to choose between receiving the care that they need and putting food on the table.
REMINDER: Premiums across North Carolina are already skyrocketing and could even nearly double, and more than 75,000 people across NC-11 and NC-03 will lose their health care altogether.
