7,000+ Missourians Protest Outside Ann Wagner’s Ballwin Office

Wagner cast the deciding vote to rip away health care from 250,000+ Missourians to pay for tax cuts for billionaires

More than 7,000 Missourians rallied near Ann Wagner’s Ballwin office on Saturday to protest her and Trump’s dangerous agenda – a testament to how increasingly vulnerable the deeply unpopular Republican is in her district.

Saturday’s protest comes just weeks after Wagner cast the deciding vote to rip health care away from more than 250,000 Missourians to pay for permanent tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy. Recent analysis shows that more than 21,200 of Wagner’s own constituents would lose health care under her and Republicans’ Tax Scam, while more than 10,400 households in her district could go hungry.

DCCC Spokesperson Lindsay Reilly:
“Missourians are fed up with Ann Wagner. Instead of fighting to lower household bills, Wagner cast the deciding vote to kick hundreds of thousands of Missourians off their health care so that billionaires could get a tax break. Voters know Ann Wagner sold them out, and they’re going to fire her next November.”
