“ALVARADO HAS ISSUES” [PUNCHBOWL NEWS]

D.C. Republicans hit the panic button over Ralph Alvarado in KY-06 as scandals and brutal press continues to pile up
Punchbowl News points out the obvious this morning: Ralph Alvarado has issues. 

  • Alvarado’s former running mate, disgraced former Governor Matt Bevin, is sitting in a jail cell in Kentucky. Alvarado has remained silent, just like he was when Bevin pardoned a child rapist.
  • Alvarado is embroiled in scandal after reporting revealed he cashed checks from the health care industry and oversaw medical facilities that “have been sued at least 13 times between them since 2023 for personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death” during the same time that he was supposed to be protecting patients as Tennessee’s health secretary.
  • Alvarado was caught scrubbing his campaign website in humiliating fashion, which amounted to a public admission that even he knows this Trump +15 seat is squarely in play (polling shows a tied race).

“The bad news just keeps piling up for career politician Ralph Alvarado. His allies are now scrambling to pour money into the race because they know his campaign is sinking faster than the Titanic. No amount of money will be able to paper over his record of corruption and his ties to disgraced former Governor Matt Bevin.”
