Last week, nearly every House Republican voted to gut Kansans’ Medicare — threatening the critical health care services that Kansas seniors and families depend on.
Unfortunately, it’s not the first time the GOP has played games with Kansans’ health care benefits. As a longtime advisor to former governor Sam Brownback, Amanda Adkins supported Brownback’s failed tax experiment that caused devastating cuts to the state’s Medicaid program.
Kansans deserve to know: Would Amanda Adkins have voted with national Republicans to recklessly gut Kansans’ Medicare?
