This week Michiganders learned that, thanks to House Democrats, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is funding a $1 billion investment in the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative. As part of the initiative, waterways will be cleaned and strengthened, while supporting thousands of jobs along the way.
Paul Junge has yet to say anything about the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, but voters deserve to know whether he would have voted for these good-paying jobs and critical investments in clean drinking water and the Great Lakes set to come to mid-Michigan.
“If Paul Junge wants to represent Michiganders, he owes it to them to come clean on whether or not he’d support the critical investments in the Great Lakes made possible by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal,” said DCCC Spokesperson Elena Kuhn. “Already, Junge is more interested in serving Washington party leaders than mid-Michiganders.”
