As Trump Plagiarizes Mein Kampf, Every Republican Running in California’s 49th Stays Silent

Trump borrows from the language of Hitler for anti-immigration speech in New Hampshire

It’s been three days since the disgraced former president said that immigrants were “poisoning the blood of our country” and not a single Republican running to be the GOP nominee in California’s 49th Congressional District has spoken out against this hateful, fascist, and antisemitic speech.

According to reports, Donald Trump’s rhetoric is taken directly from Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf – yet Margarita Wilkinson, Matt Gunderson, Kate Monroe, and Sheryl Adams have refused to condemn the wannabe dictator.

Why?

Because no matter how hard these Republican hopefuls try to act like moderates on the campaign trail, they’ll always remain loyal to Donald Trump if they’re elected to office – even when he’s espousing theories from Mein Kampf

DCCC Spokesperson Dan Gottlieb:
“The silence from these four candidates on Donald Trump’s decision to weaponize language from Adolf Hitler is telling: regardless of what the former president says or does, enablers like Wilkinson, Gunderson, Monroe, and Adams will always stand by him.”
