AUDIO: Mowers Celebrates Ending of Abortion Rights, Alleged Abuser Lewandowski, and Still Can’t Explain Double Voting

Matt Mowers had a lot to say last night at his candidate meet and greet.

Mowers remained on the defensive after being caught voting twice in the 2016 Republican primary for president, saying the report was politically motivated. On voting twice Mowers said:

“There was nothing there. It was all perfectly fine.”  (AUDIO)

Mowers celebrated the overturning of Roe v. Wade and said the cause of restricting the right to an abortion was what inspired him to get into politics:
“We finally saw exactly what needed to happen in our country and far too long after it should have happened… It [abortion] wasn’t right. And so it got me involved in politics at a young age, it was really that cause.” (AUDIO)
Mowers continued to stand by his disgraced top advisor who was accused of sexually harassing a woman last year:

“I think most of you know Corey Lewandowski is a friend and supporter of mine.” (AUDIO)
