Things got awkward when reporters asked about the impact that cost-spiking tariffs have had on the Camp Hill rail factory that Perry was touring.
One of the factory leaders responded in part: “The tariffs – um, they affect our customers, they affect our supply chain…”
Perry panicked and jumped in to defend the cost-spiking tariffs which he has repeatedly voted to keep in place – even as they have raised prices for Pennsylvania families and hurt small businesses.
