Checking on Nick Begich, who’s been challenged by one of his biggest financial backers – Elon Musk – in a truly wild turn of events.
To date, Begich’s campaigns have received over $437,000 in outside spending from Musk’s AMERICA PAC and $2,500 in contributions from Musk’s Space Exploration Technologies Corp. PAC.
To do the math, that brings us to over $439,500 in total Musk money throughout Begich’s career.
Now, Musk is slamming Begich for his YES vote on the GOP’s “disgusting abomination” of a budget bill, that will drive up the national deficit and foot American taxpayers with the bill.
Musk blasted the “massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill” that Begich proudly voted for, accusing every Republican who supported it of betraying the American people.
